For as far back as I can remember my weight has always been up & down. It’s the most frustrating thing in world. Especially when I don’t fit into clothes I wore last summer… right after I had a baby… Even during my pregnancy there was a point when I lost weight, wtf?
I constantly see girls everywhere and even celebrities and I think, ‘why the fuck can’t I look like that?’…
I try to control what I eat but I am never satisfied if I eat the healthy stuff… it’s like I don’t get full or something.
To top it all off, I have a gym membership that I never use. & in reality all I do is complain about my weight and I never do anything about it!
Any suggestions for keeping myself motivated to ACTUALLY do this?!
